Application & Characteristics
YF Series PVC profile production line is mainly used in PVC door & window profile, wide door plate, window plate, extrusion of multi-holes pipe for passing through lines (four holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes etc.). For different sectional surface and molds, different specifications of twin parallel (conical) screws extruder can be chosen together with corresponding vacuum calibrating table, haul-off unit, cutting unit, tilter, etc.
Capacity of extruder can be optionally chosen from 60-700kg/h. The haul-off unit has applied unique lift technique of our co. Its work is stable, its reliability is good, its pulling force is large. Vacuum setting has applied special enlarged vortex cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating so as to meet demand of high speed extruding. Movement speed and drawing speed of cutting machine keep synchronous.All movements are controlled by imported PLC, the design is reasonable, the operation is stable, it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length. Power & dust suction device can be provided, it is particular suitable for high speed extruding of profile.

There will be two kinds of after sales services we can offer to customers:
1-workers training and running test the machines;
2-machines repairing.
We will offer the customers sales services in time once we get the after sales services request. If the problems can not be solved after purchaser's calling, our services team will be ready to leave for the buyer's once getting the visa right away.

A: We are professional manufacture of plastic machines with over 10 years' experience.
Q-2, Where is your factory located? Is it convenient for me to visit?
A: Our factory is located in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, China.
It is 2 hours from SHANGHAI HONGQIAO AIRPORT by car.
It is 2.5 hours from SHANGHAI PUDONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
Both of them have direct buses to our city, which is very convenient for you to visit.
Q-3, Whether your machines do quality checking before delivery?
A: Following factory's standard processing step, we do running test before delivery.
Q-4, Do you have engineers to help install and run the machines and train the workers?
A: We have 5 skilled and rich-experienced engineers ready for your requirements.
Q-5, How long are your machines warranty and what services you can provide after warranty?
A: We offer one year warranty since the machines arrive at your factory.
During this period, if they break down due to quality problems, we will send free spare parts or engineers to repair for free.
If the machines are out of warranty, we will offer spare parts and repair services at cost prices for life long time of machines.
Q-6, What Payment Terms are your conpany accepted?
A: Generally we accept TT, L/C at sight. TT 30% as deposit; TT 70% before delivery; L/C at sight of total amount.
